Of course, any cravings for donuts must be satisfied before any exersize is to be done. Thank you Tim Hortons for your deliciously pillowy and crisply glazed apple fritter Timbits. So good.
We also needed to clean up the micro garden and turn the compost.
That crazy tangle of vines was actually one tomato plant. It was over 7 feet long and yielded so many super sweet cherry tomatoes. We used them in everything from sandwiches to soups, pizza to pasta! And it's totally because of all the compost we gave it. Can't wait for all the new scraps to turn into magic dirt.
The last raspberry of the year.
After pulling the tomato plant out and cleaning up, we headed out.
With rain boots and fleece liners on, I couldn't help but to step into the water.
The colours of Autumn are so gorgeous.
We decided to walk down a path we had never taken before. I'm glad we did, because even though it got to be a little challenging at times, all the pretty nature things made it worth it.
