Steak, mashed red skinned potatoes and gravy with a salad on the side. I marinated the steak with Worcestershire, balsamic, soy and lemon along with black pepper and garlic then cooked them on a hot pan until medium rare. The skins were left on the potatoes, because why not? I also added spring onions for flavour and colour as well as a couple decent pats of butter. The gravy was nothing special, just beef stock, roux and whatever pan drippings were left after de-glazing with red wine.
It all came together quite fast and it was delicious!
