We're obsessed with making pizza at home. If it wasn't my Birthday weekend and I wasn't dining out, I'd be making this for dinner tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday! Most of the time (and I say this loosely) I'll have left over pizza. I'll eat half of it, yes half, all to myself and then I'll wrap up the left overs into two separate packets and toss them in the freezer. Perfect for a fast meal! Just shove it in the toaster for about seven minutes or until it's super melt-y and gooey on top and crispy on the bottom. Drool worthy.
