It may be hard to believe, but this isn't a milkshake and that it's really not bad for you! I made a chocolate banana smoothie this morning and it was pretty much guilt free. No added sugar and made with 1% milk. Plus, there's a serving of fruit in there!

Ingredients: Banana, 1% milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon oatmeal and a pinch of cinnamon.
I tossed it all in my Magic Bullet and poured it over lots and lots of ice. So good.
Oh and there's currently over 10 liters of milk in my spare fridge and it cost me $0! Looks like my family and I will be drinking a lot of smoothies and eating a lot of cereal. \
Fact: I actually don't like milk. I can't drink it plain, unless it's ice cold. I will literally drop ice cubes in it or if I'm really bad, a scoop of ice cream. Warm milk? I can't. The thought of it makes me nauseated. Hot chocolate however, is a different story. Basically, I have a hard time with plain milk.
...now I have frozen hot chocolate on my mind, which reminds me that I have white hot chocolate mix in the kitchen...hm...
